Products and pricing
Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Specifications and prices may change without notice. A quotation remains valid for fourteen days from issue.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised by our payment provider. Failed or reversed payments do not create a confirmed order. Every confirmed order receives an invoice with a payment reference.
Delivery and installation
Delivery timelines are estimates based on stock availability and site readiness. Installation dates are confirmed after a site survey. Access, power and structural readiness remain the responsibility of the client.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the invoice. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, power surges outside protected supply, and installation performed by third parties.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within seven days of delivery. Installed systems, commissioned equipment and vehicles are not returnable except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in relation to any product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
